Group Travel for the Past Six Years

We have been accommodating our groups at the Grand Legacy at the Park for the past six years. We love the location and ease of checking-in large groups. The group booking manager responds quickly. We feel like we have built up a friendship with her over the years. When we arrive, there is always space for the bus to drop us off and the room keys are always already cut and ready. The pool is awesome (and so is the rooftop bar). We utilize the breakfast 'to-go' bags so we can get the group into Disneyland early. We will keep staying there as long as they will have us.

Our travel agency has sent several groups to stay at the Grand Legacy through the years.  We have had such good rapport with the sales manager, Jennifer McVey.  Jennifer is efficient and professional.  She has made group bookings seamless and is always available for questions and concerns.  I definitely recommend this property for its proximity to the park, for its customer service and it is walking distance to Cold Stone Creamery!

Student Group Members Look Forward to Our Next Trip

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and The Grand Legacy at the Park in Anaheim. My Student Council class does a Leadership Program at Disneyland and for the last two years we have partnered with Jennifer and her team for our lodging purposes. This is my fourth year attending the Disney Program and I can say, by far, the last two years have been the best when it comes to securing a place for my students to be after a long day at Disneyland! They are very supportive and accommodating when it comes to all the things we ask and need! Without hesitation, whatever needs to be done, gets done with a smile! Whether it be trying to find a room for an extra night or a room change, the staff is professional, friendly and always positive! If you are looking for a place to stay and relax as you wind down from a long day at Disney or just a place to rest your head on a business trip, I would highly recommend staying at the Grand Legacy! I know my Student Council members look forward to our next trip next year!

The Location is Perfect.. Ideal for Our Group

I recently stayed at the Grand Legacy at The Park for the second time with my group of high school students (36 teenagers), and I can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating the staff were. From the beginning, working with the group sales representative, Jennifer, to the moment we arrived; the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. Coordinating a group of teenagers is no small task, but the hotel staff made it so much easier. They were incredibly organized with check-in and were quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. We arrived in the early morning, well before check-in, and the staff was more than accommodating and stored our luggage until our rooms were ready.

The location is perfect—right across from Disneyland, which was ideal for our group being able to go back and forth between the park and hotel throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a nice area to relax and take a break from the park. The property felt safe walking around late at night. If you're planning a group trip, I highly recommend the Grand Legacy at The Park. Their hospitality and attention to detail really made our trip a success.
