Must show proof of Magic Key upon check-in. Name on pass must match name on reservation. Parking discount valid for one standard sized vehicle per Magic Key room reservation only.  

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. All credit/debit cards will be charged one-night room/taxes/fees three days prior to arrival date, except in the case that a prepaid promotion is booked. All prepaid promotions are charged immediately upon booking and are non-refundable. A credit card will be charged. If providing a debit card, funds will be held. Any guest that lives within a 50-mile radius of the hotel will be subject to a refundable $200 deposit in addition to the room rate and other applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservation must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date by 6:00 PM to avoid a penalty of one-night room/taxes/fees.
