Booking & Cancellation Policies

RESERVATION POLICY:

  • Parking: $20 +tax per night with a limit of one car per reservation. Guests with suites reservations may park a second car at a rate of $30 +tax per night. Parking is valid until time of check-out only. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date by 6 PM to avoid a penalty of one-night room/taxes/fees. Pre-pay Specials reservations are non-refundable. 
  • Check-In Time: 4 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 12pm. Additional fees may apply for a late check-out.

GUARANTEE POLICY:

All reservations require a credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. All credit/debit cards will be charged one-night room/taxes/fees three days prior to arrival date, except in the case that a prepaid promotion is booked. All prepaid promotions are charged immediately upon booking and are non-refundable. A credit card will be charged. If providing a debit card, funds will be held. A $25 security deposit will be collected at time of check-in for all one night reservations and a $50 security deposit will be collected for all reservations with two or more nights. Any guest that lives within a 50-mile radius of the hotel will be subject to a refundable $200 deposit in addition to the room rate and other applicable fees. All rooms are non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in a guest room.
